WARNING!!! Worst experience i've had on Etsy. I received a knife with a broken tip. I sent him pictures and asked if he would fix it. I could have asked for a refund or a replacement but i wanted to give him a chance to make it right. He said he could see that I used it and that he would only fix the knife if it showed up in its original condition. So I'm stuck with fixing it myself I guess. He called me a liar and said if I sent it back to him I wouldnt get a refund (if it was damaged) and I'd have to pay for it to be returned. What a mess. If I was you, I'd stay away from this seller. The sad thing is, it looks like this guy truly thinks I damaged the knife. I almost feel bad for him. He has no idea what's going on in his own shop.
