The graceful blades are hand-forged from 1095 high-carbon steel and fire- etched for a "poor man's Damascus" look. And there's additional blade styling, decorative filing adorning the back of each blade. The curly maple handles are shaped for comfort. The scales have a nice, dark stain with a durable oil finish, giving each knife a nice patina finish for an overall antiqued appearance. Each knife comes with a welted, heavy leather sheath.

The wicked little upturn of this knife tip reflects the name Voyageurs Trade Knife and with the 3-7/8" Blade Length blade accompanies 3-3/4" curly maple handle with a clean wood-to-metal fit. secured by 4 brass pins. Includes a thick leather welted Custom made sheath used as a neck Sheath or Belt Sheath with belt loop. 8" overall Knife length.
